Marisa Rogers-Jones

Crematorium and Bereavement Service Manager

Marisa brings with her over 10 years’ experience supporting bereaved families and working closely with funeral directors, celebrants, and members of the clergy.​

Pivotal to her role is ensuring that Lake View brings meaningful value to the local community by overseeing all the very special touches that make it a beautiful, calming and contemplative place to be.​

Her compassionate approach and attention to detail help create a welcoming environment where families can reflect, remember, and find comfort during difficult times.

Ian Scott-Logan

Crematorium and Bereavement Supervisor​

Ian brings a wealth of experience across the bereavement and funeral sector, having worked as a Bereavement Officer and Mortuary Assistant within the NHS, as well as several years as a Funeral Director. ​

He supports families with kindness, empathy and quiet reassurance, helping guide them through both the emotional and practical aspects of loss. With a strong understanding of post-death processes and close partnership working, Ian takes great care to ensure everything is handled smoothly, respectfully and with attention to detail. ​

His calm, approachable nature, combined with his experience in leadership and operational roles, enables him to provide steady support to both families and colleagues during difficult times.​

Mark Whitten​

Crematorium Technician​

Mark brings extensive hands-on experience across crematorium operations and bereavement services, most recently working as a National Relief Manager supporting multiple sites. ​

Mark combines a strong operational understanding with a genuine passion for supporting bereaved families, developed through his earlier experience in funeral care roles.​

Known for his adaptability, reliability and attention to detail, he takes pride in ensuring every service is delivered smoothly, respectfully and with compassion.​
